Resort Hotel Alex, Zermatt – second stage

The second phase of the Resort Hotel Alex renovation continues the distinctive identity of the property. Its rich traditional timber structures were reorganised, extended and combined with contemporary forms.

Soft materials, eclectic individual pieces and Bohemian-inspired rugs create new areas of comfort while preserving the unmistakable character of the hotel. Existing and new elements are brought together as an evolving total work of art.

The interior architecture, lighting concept and construction management were developed as one integrated assignment.
