Le Grand Restaurant, Gstaad Palace

The interior of Le Grand Restaurant reinterprets the heritage of the Gstaad Palace through the atmosphere of an Alpine château. Classical wall and ceiling structures, traditional decorative painting and crafted details are combined with cosmopolitan influences, eclectic antiques and a carefully curated art concept.

A multifunctional buffet is integrated into the room as the panelled wall of a château. Two concealed doors connect the restaurant with the ballroom and create a balanced, symmetrical composition when opened.

Hand-blown Murano chandeliers and wall lights contribute to the warm atmosphere. All furniture was designed specifically for the Gstaad Palace and manufactured to measure, creating a timeless interior that brings tradition and contemporary comfort together.
