Hotel Grischa, Davos

Fischbach & Aberegg developed a comprehensive interior architecture and design concept for Hotel Grischa in Davos, a property with 100 guest rooms and several distinctive hospitality venues.

The project includes a Chinese restaurant, a half-board rotisserie, a bar-lounge-brasserie, a gourmet restaurant, a smokers' lounge, a traditional fondue restaurant and conference rooms. Each area has its own atmosphere while remaining part of a coherent hotel identity.

The combination of hotel design, restaurant expertise and integrated project delivery defines the project at every scale, from the spatial concept to bespoke objects.
