New Churrasco Old Town, Zurich

The interior of Churrasco in Zurich's Old Town responds to the Haus zur Glocke, built in 1793, and to Nikkei cuisine, where Peruvian and Japanese influences meet.

Linear spatial elements are combined with richly layered details. Tiled surfaces, expressive Ikat fabrics, crafted natural materials, rattan and abundant planting create a complex and inviting atmosphere.

The concept translates the culinary identity into a distinctive interior and connects the historic building with a contemporary restaurant experience.
