Le Grand Restaurant
Gstaad Palace
Classic wall and ceiling structures in alpine château style, crafted using traditional techniques, with matching ornamental paintings and carvings from the epoch, are combined with cosmopolitan elements and eclectic antiques, as well as a curated artpicture concept.
The multifunctional main buffet is staged as the living wall of a château and connects the rooms with two secret doors, which, when opened, create an equally symmetrical image in the ballroom.
Chandeliers and wall lights hand-blown in Murano further contribute to the eagerly awaited feeling of well-being and homeliness. Likewise, all furniture was designed specifically for the Palace and made to measure.
The overall effect is timeless, full of charm and nostalgia.
